Troubleshooting should distinguish power, hardware, obstruction, service and WiFi symptoms.

If the kit does not pass a reasonable initial check, permanent work may pause. The customer can approve a diagnostic visit, replace the suspect part or resolve account status. This prevents unnecessary mounting of unusable equipment and creates a clear evidence trail.
