A router or power unit in a shared plant room must remain ventilated and accessible to the authorised customer without being open to accidental resets. The scope changes when a building needs access equipment, a long vertical network, special containment, after-hours work or integration with business systems. Those requirements are listed before work where possible. If the live site contradicts the brief, the technician stops and seeks approval for the revised plan.
